Weekend Wrap - 7/19/2010

This weekend I got one of five Tutu's completed.  I made sure to take pictures of each step, so stay posted for a tutorial on how to make this tutu for your little princess!


Mom came over and helped with Ms. Diva while I sewed her new kitchen curtain, and a couple of matching Stay-Put Towels.  Here is a before picture of the wonderful plain white curtain that was from the previous owners.


And, here is the after!  We found this fun summer fabric at Hobby Lobby.


I had to include this photo of my most valuable asset!

    How CUTE! Love the fur trim!!! I too am trying to finish a few more. I really hope to complete them. I was thinking of maybe sticking with the Disney princess theme, since Snow White turned out so well. Hope you finish all yours too!!!!

    Love the curtains and the little helper too! When I clicked my email to come visit, it went to your profile first...I grew up in Lockhart...small world!

Pretty in Pink and Some Sparkles too!

A hat for my oldest in ballet pink (red heart yarn she picked) with some silver beads.  No pattern, and ended up running elastic thread through a couple rows to make it more secure on her head for now, until she grows into it some more. Matches a shoulder shrug knitted for her during her year of ballet lessons.
