Five Question Friday - 10/22/2010

Another week has flown by...  I have been busy getting Stay-Put Towels ready for the holiday craft fairs.  I have one show confirmed, and another one still pending.  Both are indoor events, and should be a lot of fun.  This weekend I will be working on holiday themed burp cloths, and should have some pictures ready for Monday's weekend wrap.

In case you missed it last week; we announced the winner of the 200 Follower Giveaway.  Check out the post, and find out which pair of towels she claimed!

Here are this week's Five Questions from My Little Life:

1. Who is the better cook, you or your spouse?  Definitely him.  Ex-firefighter and all, LOL!  He loves to cook, and actually cares what he eats.  I am just one of those cook whatever is easy and be done with it.  So... I do a lot of dishes.
2. How often do you talk to your mom?  All the time.  We live close, and are always calling each other too.  She takes care of Ms. Diva while I am at work, so that also gives us a chance to talk every day.
3. Are you adventurous in the kitchen or stick to the recipe?  I hate following recipes (or sewing patterns for that matter), but I always tend to get in trouble when I don't follow the recipe (I am much better with the sewing, LOL).
4. Is your second toe longer than your big toe?  Just a tad longer.
5. Do you dress up for Halloween? (Bonus question: What will you be this year?)  Nope.  Not a big fan of the holiday.  Ms. Diva will be a Candy Corn since we will be going to the church's harvest festival and a wedding later that day -

Comments

  1. Ms Diva is Precious!!!!

I'm with you on the cooking. Don't like to cook. Don't like recipes. I would rather throw stuff together and hope for the best. The sad thing is if it actually turns out well - I'm pretty sure I won't be able to recreate it.

Pretty in Pink and Some Sparkles too!

A hat for my oldest in ballet pink (red heart yarn she picked) with some silver beads.  No pattern, and ended up running elastic thread through a couple rows to make it more secure on her head for now, until she grows into it some more. Matches a shoulder shrug knitted for her during her year of ballet lessons.
