This Wednesday: 175 lbs
Goal this past week: To eat smaller portions, nothing after 7 p.m., and absolutely nothing in the middle of the night.
I did really well on my portions and not having any snacks before bed, but… I did succumb to the Hersey Kisses in the pantry. A couple nights I had two {only two, I swear} when up with Ms. T in the wee hours of morning.
Goal for this week: Keep going with last week’s goals, and add some cardio. At least 3 times of 20 minutes or more before next week’s weigh-in.
