{While this post is not specifically sponsored by BookSwim, the link button I have added to my sidebar is. Since I had never heard of BookSwim I thought an explanatory post was in order to let you know about this company's services. Thank you for reading!}
There is, and I just found out about it Tuesday!!! It's calledBookSwim.com. No late fees, paid postage to return the books, new releases, easy catalog system, and plans that let you have three to seven books at a time. What more could you ask for? (If you have an answer to that, make sure to let me know what more you could want in the comments section.)
Wouldn't this make a great gift for that book worm in your life, or for yourself? PS - they are doing a big promotion for giving the gift of books at their site (keeping in line with the Christmas theme, LOL). If you give someone a $70 or larger gift membership you will receive a $50 gift card to a restaurant. I am definitely looking at getting my mom a gift card so she can try this out for herself. Since we moved out here to the middle of nowhere (which we love, don't get me wrong) she has been making comments about how the library system out here is not nearly as good as the King County Library System she used to have access too. I think this would be the perfect solution for her!
BookSwim.com has a very in depth FAQ Page with answers to almost any question you could think of. This includes questions about books lost in the mail, damaged books, how easy is it to cancel, etc.
Check them out, and let me know what you think!
Booksfree.com has been renting books and audiobooks online since 2000, you should check them out.
